Jewellery
All pendants will be supplied with an 18" sterling silver chain.
Dichroic glass is extremely difficult to photograph and it is impossible to catch its natural beauty. Please refer to the photograph to get a better idea of the appearance and colour of the jewellery. Dichroic glass glimmers many different colours depending upon which angle the piece is viewed. I guarantee that dichroic glass is more beautiful than shown in the photos.
Bails are silver plated, unless otherwise stated.
When silver has been mentioned in the description, this may refer to the colour only and does not necessarily mean sterling silver. If a product is sterling silver, this will be stated in the description.
The wire wrapped pendants are made with anti-tarnish wire.
All measurements are approximate.
Driftwood
Because of the nature of driftwood, you may experience slight wood flaking with these products.
Shipping
Jewellery - all orders will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order
Glass Art - small items such as the thistles and fish will be sent first class. Framed glass wall art will be sent via Special Delivery. Charges for glass art are as follows:
Orders up to a value of £41 = £5.00 postage
Orders over £42 = £12.00 postage (Special Delivery)
Driftwood - the driftwood will be packaged separately from the glass fishies to prevent breakages during transit. When they arrive, simply insert the wire into the holes provided in the driftwood and display as required. If you prefer, you can glue/silicone the fishies in place - his will prevent movement.
Your product/s will be despatched within 5 working days from clearance of payment. If you require an urgent item, please let me know and I will do my utmost to make this happen.
Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please call me at your earliest convenience, so I can discuss with you the best way to make you happy. If you wish to return your goods, you will be asked to cover the return costs and a refund will be issued.
The customer must return items in their original packaging and sent via Recorded Delivery, with proof of postage.
Refunds will only be given once the items have been received, inspected and deemed to be in good condition.
